OCS Software Training

We are committed to providing training that is thorough, tailored yet exciting and interactive for our clients. We pride ourselves on being able to customise our time, agendas, locations and groups to meet all our clients' training needs. We guide and assist all people in training from the highly skilled to the 'not so technically inclined'.

We can organise training sessions, for Advisers through head office or directly with advisers. We are able to contact the Advisers prior to training and schedule times and dates as well as customise any specific training agendas that may be required. Head office will be kept informed throughout the whole process or can control the process if desired.

Our trainers keep detailed notes of all training sessions, session outcomes and attendees. We register and provide feedback and progress reports that are accessible to head office at anytime upon request.

We can also provide all XPlan training material for all training sessions. Training certificates are provided upon successful completion of all sessions by participants.

Training Locations:

We are very flexible with regards to training locations, provided they are practical for the trainer and the attendees to get the most out of the session. Some options are listed below:

Training Groups:

Specific or tailored training groups are recommended as they provide the best outcome for trainees, i.e. in- depth training that is relevant, thorough, practical and efficient. Some suggestions are listed below:

Training Styles:

• Group sessions (mixture of member firms from same state or interstate)
• 'One-on-one' training sessions

Training Levels:

All training sessions can be progressive for each Advisers' office starting with Beginners courses then, not long after, Intermediate followed by a longer break before our Advanced courses. This can be organised separately by each individual office or by head office. We tailor training to the desired levels requested by you.

Induction Courses for New Member Firms

OCS continues to work with many companies participating in all induction day training programs. We can provide thorough initial introductory XPlan Training to new members focusing on their level of experience with XPlan. We are flexible in our presentations and will ensure up to date/relevant information with each session. We will develop a basic training module to be used with any new business.

PD Day / Adviser Network Meetings

We can ensure our participation in PD Days and meetings with Adviser heads/business owners of each member firm upon request. We can provide presentations where appropriate. We can also provide general solutions to issues and projects we are working on. We are able to travel nationally and will prepare and provide the necessary power point slides presentations.
